Adobe CS4 Installation Issue: Error 2

I experienced the exact same error when attempting to install Photoshop CS4 on
a 64-bit Vista Home Premium system.  While Adobe has had their problems with
Vista, it certainly is supported by the entire CS4 suite!  After a lot of
hunting around the 'Net, I found a solution that worked for me here:

 When I first started using Vista I noticed a "C:\Users\Public\Documents"
folder that I didn't think I needed, and decided to "clean up" the system by
deleting it.  I guess the CS4 installer needs it for something.  This link
shows you how to restore that special directory.  Basically as an administrator
user enter on the run menu these two commands:

    shell:Common Documents
    attrib +r "C:\Users\Public\Documents"
